Red Wine

ViteNera Barbera Red Wine

The wine, while very dark in color, is actually quite light in taste. Barbera has flavors of cherries, strawberries and raspberries, and when young can have intense aromas of blackberries as well.

ViteNera Dry Red Wine

This light, dry red has high acidity and big aromatics. The grape is grown everywhere and expresses itself a bit differently depending on where it originated. A typical flavor profile, however, is red-fruit-forward with earthy and herby notes.

ViteNera Gamay Red Wine

Gamay is an easy-drinking wine with abundant red fruit flavors of cherry and raspberry. It expresses aromatic notes of violets and black tea, along with earthy characteristics such as potting soil.

White Wine

ViteNera Demi Sec White Wine

The grape is noted for its distinctive botanical aroma with a citrous undertone, very similar to that of Viognier, Gewurztraminer, and Petit Manseng, suggesting apricot and peach. The wine produced is unusually light, and generally high in acidity with alcohol levels of 11.5–12.5%.

ViteNera Dry White Wine

The grape is noted for its distinctive botanical aroma with a citrous undertone, very similar to that of Viognier, Gewurztraminer, and Petit Manseng, suggesting apricot and peach. The wine produced is unusually light, and generally high in acidity with alcohol levels of 11.5–12.5%.

Vitenera Macabeo White Wine

Made from 30-year-old Macabeo vines native to the Roussillon region in southwest France, Le Jouet (meaning ‘the toy’) is fermented in concrete with natural airborne yeasts. Friendly, fruit forward and generous with plenty of underlying zesty lime notes.

Rose Wine

ViteNera Cabernet Rose Wine

This wine gives off hints of raspberry, hibiscus, and white pepper flavors, and is typically when the color of the Rosé begins to turn towards the darker end of the spectrum, but not the darkest it can get. Grilled chicken, pork, veggies, or salads pair well with this.

ViteNera Sweet Wine

The grape is noted for its distinctive botanical aroma with a citrous undertone, very similar to that of Viognier, Gewurztraminer, and Petit Manseng, suggesting apricot and peach. The wine produced is unusually light, and generally high in acidity with alcohol levels of 11.5–12.5%.

ViteNera Sweet Rose Wine

Flavors of juicy red berries and stone fruit shine in this coral-hued bottle, while supporting notes of caramel give the bubbly a richness that plays perfectly with a cheese plate or decadent foie gras.
